A Little Fun Q&A with Red Phoenix:

What is the title of your book?

The next big thing is...

Brie Learns the Art of Submission!

Where did the idea come from for the book?

I have always thought the life of a Geisha was interesting, and wished I could learn the art of their seduction. I also have a vested interest in the D/s lifestyle and thought, why not "Geisha training for submissives" with a kind of ivy league college twist?

What genre does your book fall under?

Erotica (the scenes are HOT), although it is definitely romantic as well.

Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?

Please check out my fans' suggestions on Pinterest. So many sexy Doms at the Training Center, so many handsome men to play them! I believe that Brie would make an excellent cable series. Don't you??? Showtime or HBO would be yummy!

What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?

College grad is bored and unchallenged until a handsome stranger gives her a card. Now Brie's real education is about to begin - Submission 101.

Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?

This is self-published, although it has been professionally edited and has a professionally designed cover.

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?

Well...that is hard to answer because it was first published as a 9-part serial. I published the first novelette, Brie's First Day of Submissive Training, on March 8th, 2012 and finished with the last installment September 23rd. The novel itself was just published on November 20th, 2012.

What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?

Many of my fans read 50 Shades of Grey first, but also Bared to You, Kallypso's Master's Series, and Cherise Sinclair's Shadowland Series.

Who or What inspired you to write this book?

A deep desire to share my fantasy of a high-class submissive training center with the entire world.

What else about your book might pique the reader's interest?

My novel is unique in that you will experience what Brie experiences as she goes through the course - from her introduction of the submissive lifestyle to her graduation and choice of Dom. Although there are a high number of sex scenes, all are different and each adds to the driving storyline.  You will love the book for the characters as much as for the highly erotic scenes.

You can find me on Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, my Blog, and my sexy little website, RedPhoenix69.com!

Q & A With Elizabeth Woodham
What is the working title of your book?
Erato is the working title of the book, but it’s likely to evolve before publication.

Where did the idea come from for the book?
Erato is the sequel to Her Sugar Daddy.

What genre does your book fall under?
Erotica, dominant older man, mild bondage, spanking, and domination

Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie rendition?
I will throw that question open to readers, Eleanor is feisty, yet vulnerable, while Matthew is far older than she, debonair, self-assured, wealthy and handsome, possessing all the qualities common to many popular leading men, including the desire to dominate. Vote HERE

What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
Retired RAF pilot teaches young military nurse the ropes in bespoke medieval manor house

Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
Self-published

How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
Erato is still a work in progress, but a novella usually takes around six months from inception to completion

What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?
Erato contains scenes of submission and domination, which, since the publication of FSOG is common to many in the genre, nevertheless, I wrote Her Sugar Daddy in early 2011, before the explosion of popular interest in erotic content.

Who or What inspired you to write this book?
I left Her Sugar Daddy with the intention of writing a sequel. Recently fans of the book asked for more so I decided to begin writing the follow-up a little sooner than I originally intended

What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
The story is set in a medieval manor house, set up by Matthew and Eleanor as an exclusive hotel, offering special services described in detail and designed to appeal to a wide erotica readership.
