  6. If I'm just going to "snack", I LOVE pepper jack cheese. For some "fun"? Brie (hmmmmm.... what a coincidence!?!). But for cooking? I just found the most FUN cheese and used it Friday night - it was Irish Whiskey Cheddar, and let me tell you - it is KILLER in potato soup!! michelle at oxrider dot com

  15. I once went to Wisconsin and tried a cheese age for 5 years and one for 9 years. Never again! Lol. So I'm going with mozzarella though I can never remember how to spell it, it makes some tasty dishes or is a great snack on it's own (and it is not usually aged for 5 years ;))

  18. My favorite kind of cheese is Cracker Barrel Extra sharp smoked cheddar! It is a lil tangy, makes my mouth water, and is absolutely delicious!!! I can eat it plain just off the block, or any other way. It's cheese and I am a proud cheese head :D <3 ~Jennifer J *SLA host*~
