If I'm just going to "snack", I LOVE pepper jack cheese. For some "fun"? Brie (hmmmmm.... what a coincidence!?!). But for cooking? I just found the most FUN cheese and used it Friday night - it was Irish Whiskey Cheddar, and let me tell you - it is KILLER in potato soup!! michelle at oxrider dot com

ReplyDeleteI once went to Wisconsin and tried a cheese age for 5 years and one for 9 years. Never again! Lol. So I'm going with mozzarella though I can never remember how to spell it, it makes some tasty dishes or is a great snack on it's own (and it is not usually aged for 5 years ;))
